Certified Mold Removal, Inspection & Cleanup for Homes in Meridian & the Treasure Valley

Mold grows fast in Meridian’s irrigation‑heavy neighborhoods, crawlspaces with limited ventilation, and homes built with modern tight‑envelope construction. Whether it’s crawlspace mold, attic mold, or post‑water‑damage mold, Restoration Pro provides certified mold remediation that meets IICRC S520 standards and is fully aligned with WRT, AMRT, ASD, and FMST best practices.

We serve all of Meridian, Idaho, including Paramount, Tuscany, Bridgetower, Saguaro Canyon, Oak Creek, Bainbridge, and surrounding communities.

Why Mold Is So Common in Meridian, Idaho

Meridian’s environment creates ideal mold conditions:

  • High irrigation overspray saturates siding, foundations, and crawlspaces

  • Clay‑heavy soils trap moisture around footings

  • Modern construction increases humidity retention

  • Crawlspaces with limited airflow allow mold to spread unnoticed

  • Seasonal humidity spikes from spring rain and summer watering cycles

If you see musty odors, staining, or unexplained allergies, you may need mold inspection or mold testing.

  • Humidity and dew‑point readings

  • Airflow and ventilation assessment
